Simply download the app, find your PT’s name and National Provider Identification (NPI) number, enter your insurance info and a few billing codes, hit send and let the process begin!
SCRATCHPAY
Simple, friendly payment plans for medical expenses with no surprises. They have a “Take 5” option that lets you break up your bill into 5 easy payments. Your first payment will be today, and the other 4 payments will be due every 2 weeks after that.
APPLY FOR FINANCIAL ASSIST
We understand that these times can be especially trying and that some women may not be able to afford good quality care. We have several options that we are willing to work with you on. We just ask that you fill out our questionnaire to determine if you qualify for financial assist.
