Tina earned her Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Georgia in 2010. She then received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Augusta University, formerly Medical College of Georgia in 2013. 

Tina has worked in a variety of Physical Therapy settings as a travel therapist, ranging from orthopedic, long term care, and rehabilitation facilities. Tina has a long-standing passion for women's and perinatal health. In 2020, she became a certified Birth and Bereavement Doula and has supported individuals and families through the childbearing seasons, both virtually and in-person. 

Tina is a #boymom who lives and works in Atlanta, GA with her husband and two sons. She is dedicated to increasing awareness, access, and advocacy for women's and maternal pelvic health; and loves incorporating a variety of holistic and practical methods to promote wellness and empowerment.
