Kaitlin Stewart PT, DPT earned her Bachelors degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from The University of Kansas in 2018. She then earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of Colorado in 2020.
Kaitlin has a background in the treatment and management of orthopedic conditions and received her certification in Dry Needling from Evidence in Motion (EIM) in 2021. When beginning to treat Pelvic Floor dysfunction, Kaitlin developed a passion for the holistic approach to treatment leading her to pursue extra education in nutrition and lifestyle management by becoming a Certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2023. She is currently pursuing her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) through Herman and Wallace, and is additionally working towards her CAPPA Childbirth Educator Certification.
Kaitlin currently lives and works in Denver, CO. She is passionate about maintaining a balanced lifestyle from strength training and running to cooking delicious meals and spending quality time with her friends and family. She is enthusiastic about helping women along their health journeys whether they may be currently pregnant or experiencing pelvic pain as well as empowering women to find an exercise program and wellness practices that optimize their overall lifestyle!
