Initial Evaluation
Visit will include a head to toe physical exam that will look at your posture, breathing mechanics, analyze your core function and strength, assess for muscle imbalances, pelvic floor internal exam (if warranted) and more! The session is scheduled for 75 minutes and will include lots of education, some initial treatment and thorough discussion regarding your specific goals.

Follow Ups
Visits will be individualized based on your personal needs and follow the treatment plan you and your physical therapist came up with at your initial evaluation. Treatments are scheduled for 60 minutes and can include: soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, manual stretching, neuromuscular re-education, cupping, therapeutic exercise, birth preparation and more!
