Amy Meehan, PT, DPT, MTC earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Biology from Georgia Southern University in 2007, then completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine in 2010—recognized for its strong orthopedics and manual therapy training. She went on to earn her Manual Therapy Certification (MTC) in 2011 through advanced coursework in joint and myofascial mobilization and manipulation. Amy has met all requirements to perform dry needling and is currently pursuing her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) through Herman & Wallace. She is also a CAPPA Certified Childbirth Educator.

Based in Atlanta, Amy specializes in women’s health with an emphasis on pelvic floor conditions and orthopedic care. She’s passionate about helping women feel strong, informed, and confident through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and their return to exercise.
