      Third-trimester planning

      Birth preferences, hospital vs. birth center logistics, packing & timing.

    2. 02

      Contractions, labor & comfort measures

      Breathwork, positions, counter-pressure, heat/cold, and tools (ball, rebozo, peanut).

    3. 03

      Labor progression, pushing & birth

      How labor typically unfolds, when to move and rest, pelvic-floor-friendly pushing options.

    4. 04

      Recovery & feeding baby

      The first 24–48 hours, perineal care, and early lactation set-up.

    5. 05

      Breastfeeding basics

      Latch, positioning, and troubleshooting common challenges.

    6. 06

      Cesarean birth

      What to expect, anesthesia, partner roles, and early recovery.

    7. 07

      Care for baby

      Soothing, diapering, safe sleep, and realistic rhythms.

    8. 08

      Postpartum expectations for Mom

      Bleeding, pelvic floor healing, core support, and when to seek help.

    You'll leave with a simple action plan, a partner "cheat sheet," and confidence in the skills you've practiced together.
