Private & individualized
Tailored to your goals, trimester, medical history, and comfort level.

Private childbirth education — for you & your partner. Taught by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and CAPPA-certified educator, so you'll learn labor, delivery, and postpartum through a pelvic-floor lens.
What makes our class different
Tailored to your goals, trimester, medical history, and comfort level.
Your support person learns exactly what to do — positions, counter-pressure, when to rest and when to move.
Learn how to prepare the pelvic floor, minimize tearing, and support an easier postpartum recovery.
We don't just talk — you'll practice labor positions, pushing strategies, and comfort measures together.
What you'll learn
Birth preferences, hospital vs. birth center logistics, packing & timing.
Breathwork, positions, counter-pressure, heat/cold, and tools (ball, rebozo, peanut).
How labor typically unfolds, when to move and rest, pelvic-floor-friendly pushing options.
The first 24–48 hours, perineal care, and early lactation set-up.
Latch, positioning, and troubleshooting common challenges.
What to expect, anesthesia, partner roles, and early recovery.
Soothing, diapering, safe sleep, and realistic rhythms.
Bleeding, pelvic floor healing, core support, and when to seek help.
You'll leave with a simple action plan, a partner "cheat sheet," and confidence in the skills you've practiced together.
