      Meet 1:1 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy to talk through symptoms and goals, then a full assessment of movement, breathing, and core + pelvic floor coordination. Internal exams are always optional.

      You'll leave with a personalized plan — manual therapy when appropriate, targeted exercises, and step-by-step guidance you can use right away.
