    Our model

    By design, out-of-network.

The choice isn't logistical. It's clinical — and it shapes everything about the care you'll receive here.

    The why

A decision we made on day one.

When we built Revelle, we made one decision before any other: we wouldn't contract with insurance companies. Not because we don't value your benefits — we do, and we make them easy to use — but because the in-network model quietly dictates how care gets delivered. Short visits. Stacked schedules. Treatments chosen for their billing codes instead of their fit. We wanted to practice differently. So we do.

    What that means for you

    Five things that change.

    1. 01

      Care that isn't on a 15-minute clock.

Insurance contracts often dictate how long a visit can be and how many patients a clinician should stack into a single hour. Out-of-network frees us from that math. Your session is yours — start to finish, without one eye on the door.

    2. 02

      A full hour, every visit.

Evaluations are seventy-five minutes. Follow-ups are sixty. Every minute is one-on-one with your Doctor of Physical Therapy — never shared with another patient, never handed off to a tech. It's the cadence real pelvic-floor work actually requires.

    3. 03

A plan built around you, not around codes.

We choose your treatment based on what your body needs that day — manual work, breath work, internal assessment, education, exercise — not based on what an insurance code will reimburse. The result is a plan that adapts as you do.

    4. 04

One therapist, the entire way through.

You'll see the same DPT from your first visit to your last. They'll know your history, your goals, your story — and they'll adjust your plan in real time as your body changes. Continuity is part of how the model works.

    5. 05

      Designed for outcomes, not throughput.

Most patients with a straightforward presentation feel meaningful change in three to four visits, and complete care in six to ten. Fewer, deeper sessions tend to get you further than a longer string of rushed ones — which is exactly the point.
