Susan earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina. She then earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of St. Augustine, which is well-known for its reputable orthopedics and manual therapy program. Susan received her certification in Dry Needling from Myopain Seminars, is currently pursuing her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) through Herman and Wallace, and is additionally working towards her CAPPA Childbirth Educator Certification.
Susan has worked in a variety of physical therapy settings, including outpatient orthopedics and dance/performing arts medicine, and has found a passion for work in women’s health with emphasis on the prenatal and postpartum community.
Susan currently lives and works in Atlanta, GA, where she and her husband are raising their two sons. She strives to live and promote an active lifestyle and is enthusiastic about assisting women during their pregnancy and postpartum journeys. With a passion for prevention, Susan strives to provide women with education and support during the most exciting, yet often challenging, stages of their lives.
